What we store

Only when you sign up for recall emails: your email address, what you asked to hear about (a brand, a vehicle make or a category), the page you signed up on, the time, and that you ticked the consent box.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Searches and lists you check are not linked to you. Search terms can appear in short-lived server logs, without your IP address.

Why

To send you the recall emails you asked for, and nothing else. We rely on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who handles it

Nurseryfile keeps your signup on its own server. The emails are sent by MailerLite, an email service based in the EU, which stores your address for that purpose. We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We then delete it from our server and from MailerLite.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
