The bed rails do not meet structural stability or retention strap requirements, posing a fall hazard. The bed rails' push pins and push pin holes are incorrectly sized, posing a laceration hazard.US

How to find the model number, batch code and barcode

Model number
Usually on a label or sticker on the product itself (underside, back or frame), on the box, or in the manual. It may be called model, type, style or item number.
Batch or lot code
Printed or stamped on the packaging or product, often next to a date. On formula and baby food it is usually on the base or side of the tin or pack, near the best-before date.
Barcode
