  1. 6 Mar 2025ChokingRound 2 Auto World Unassembled Deluxe Pit Kit Slot CarsThe recalled unassembled Deluxe Pit Kit slot cars violate the mandatory federal regulation for magnets because the magnets used to power the car are loose prior to assembly, posing an ingestion hazard to children. Assembled models do not pose this risk and are therefore not subject to this recall. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.US

How to find the model number, batch code and barcode

Model number
Usually on a label or sticker on the product itself (underside, back or frame), on the box, or in the manual. It may be called model, type, style or item number.
Batch or lot code
Printed or stamped on the packaging or product, often next to a date. On formula and baby food it is usually on the base or side of the tin or pack, near the best-before date.
Barcode
The 8 to 14 digits printed under the bars on the packaging. Type them into the check box on this page to compare them with the notices.

A notice names the product by some or all of these. If your brand matches but you cannot find the model, batch or barcode, treat it as a possible match and read the official notice or contact the maker.
