Door een logistieke labelling fout kan de accessoire trekhaak van een PHEV type onder een HEV type zijn geplaatst.
HazardAls onder een HEV type een trekhaak van het PHEV type is geplaatst, kan bij een aanrijding achterzijde de PHEV trekhaak het hoogvoltage batterijpakket van de HEV beschadigen, en kan er kortsluiting of brand ontstaan.
