Door onjuiste software in het eCall-audiosysteem is de audiocommunicatie tussen inzittenden en de alarmcentrale niet beschikbaar wanneer de voorste passagiersstoel bezet is.
HazardDit kan leiden tot onduidelijke informatie over het ongeval bij de alarmcentrale waardoor de hulpverlening mogelijk vertraagt en de inzittenden gevaar lopen.
