Baby formula recalls

Recalls of infant formula, follow-on milk and growing-up milk. Formula recalls almost always name specific batch codes and best-before dates, not a whole product.

How to check your baby formula

  1. Find the batch or lot code and the best-before date: usually printed on the base or lid of the tin, or on the side or flap of the box.
  2. Compare the product name, pack size, batch code and best-before date with the notice. All of them have to match.
  3. If yours matches, stop using it and follow the notice for a refund or exchange.
  4. If your baby has had a recalled product and seems unwell, contact a doctor or your local health service.

No match does not mean a product is safe. We only list notices from the official sources on our About page. Always confirm a match on the official notice.
